The insured should upon the occurrence of any accident, loss or damage
(a) Give written notice to the Insurer (the company)
(b) Complete a motor accident form and return it  together with a police report, estimated cost of repairs and photographs of the damage vehicle
 
(B) Third Party Property Damage
The claimant should submit to the company, an estimated cost of repairs, receipts, photographs, a police report with a covering letter.

RENEWAL
A renewal notice is sent to the insured getting to the expiry of the policy. If no claim was made during the period, the insured is entitled to a discount. A certificate of insurance is issued. Request for your renewal notice

Immediate notice should be given to insurer of all losses / Incidents that may lead to a claim. All accident must be reported to the Police as Police Accident

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

for the loss or damage.
Upon certifying it self, the claim is settled subject to the set limits.
 
GOODS-IN-TRANSIT
CLAIMS PROCEDURE
If the loss or damage was due to theft or accident of the vehicle, it must be immediately reported to the nearest police station.
The incident is then reported to the Insurance Company which issues a claim form to be completed and returned. After investigations, the claim is then accessed and settled.
 
FIRE AND EXTRA PERILS
CLAIM PROCEDURE
1. Give prompt notice of the loss to the insures.
2. Protect property from further damage.
3. To prepare an inventory of the goods that had  been lost in fire.
